OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE:
Each cottage is individually owned with common-interest ownership pertaining to common properties outside the immediate vicinity of each cottage. Common-interest properties include driveway and parking, central garden area, storage, dumpster and green space. These common properties are jointly owned by the Old Town Cottage Homeowners Association. All expenses associated with the care and maintenance of these properties are determined by the Homeowners Association and shared equally by all eight residences. Charges are determined and levied by the membership of the Homeowners Association.
